The hotel rooms exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend to anyone; they are very spacious, almost too much so. The service was very helpful and friendly, explaining everything throughout. The location suited our requirements, near Addo Elephant park entrance. The dining left much to be desired. The facilities were satisfactory.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, but the noisy AC/heater was a bit of a nuisance. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff promptly addressing any requests. The location was great, just a short drive from Addo Game Park, making it convenient to explore. The dining experience was really good, especially with the delicious Teppanyaki fish. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
The lodge offers a wonderful en suite room with a large walk-in shower and comfy bed with mosquito nets, although it would benefit from a refurbishment and lacks a fridge or TV in the room. The service is top-notch, with attentive and welcoming staff. The location is ideal for exploring Addo Elephant Park but is surrounded by a rough area. The lodge lacks some key facilities but does have a well-cared-for swimming pool nearby.
